Wolf Massner is a former Managing Director at Bankhaus Neelmeyer / OLB AG. He also previously worked in senior positions at JP Morgan, Castell Bank as Managing Director, GE Capital as Director, at L.E.K Consulting, and at UBS Wealth Management.

Wolf has over 30 years of corporate finance, and M&A experience and benefits from a long-standing network to many family-owned businesses, especially in Northern Germany.

Wolf graduated from Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien.

Federico Buccellati has 30 years’ experience in Investment Banking. He has had a number of client-facing and managerial roles at major international institutions in London, such as SG Warburg & Co, Schroders, Citi, Dresdner Kleinwort and HSBC where he has been focusing on Italy and Southern European markets.¬†

Federico has an extensive origination and transaction track record. He has provided corporate finance advice and execution across many sectors, from financial institutions to energy / utilities, real estate, infrastructure, industrial and consumer goods on transactions for a total value in excess of Euro 100 bn. Accordingly, over the years he has developed a wide range of top-level contacts in the private sector as well as in government agencies and public sector entities.

His significant wealth of transaction experience includes various forms of deal types from acquisitions, disposals, partnerships, financial and business restructuring, IPO’s, public tender offers and defence from hostile takeover.

Dietrich von Stackelberg , Senior Advisor

Dietrich von Stackelberg has over 35 years capital-markets and commercial banking experience and has been in senior positions with larger institutions such as Dresdner Kleinwort and UBS (South Africa).
Dietrich who was also based in Japan and Taiwan for Dresdner Kleinwort before moving to South Africa in 2002 as head of Dresdner Kleinwort in Southern Africa.

More recently, Dietrich has advised such clients as the UAE and the South African Reserve Bank on financial matters. Dietrich has wide-ranging experience in investment, commercial banking as well as asset and wealth management business and maintains strong business relationships in markets such as Germany, Asia, and Southern Africa.
