Jean de Puybaudet gained
extensive experience in industry and various financial institutions
since 1990. He worked
for firms such as Thales, GIAT Industries, an Auchan subsidiary
and Valiance as well as
the Rand Merchant Bank in South Africa, Barclays Private
Equity and Transaction Finance. His experience spans business
development, project finance, operational
controlling, restructuring, LBO structuring and M&A across various
sectors.
He joined the Paris office of Mellenthin & Co. in 2007 and is involved
in cross border M&A activities with a special focus on French firms.
